This post is almost 11 months late, but better late than never. Especially if it was a good deed post. Ha! Glad to be a part of I-India Friends for their Jashn-e-Roshni: A Celebration of Light Fundraising Gala on the 28th of May 2016 held at Gillman Barracks. I played a small part by donating one of my favourite pieces that is very close to my heart to be auctioned off for a good cause. A big thank you and congratulations to Mr & Mrs A.J.Devanesan for winning the bid for the painting. Thank you for the kind and generous support.
I would like to thank Michelle Chia, Paul Foster, Gema Santander and Andre Chalson for roping me in for this fundraiser event. It was a pleasure working together with all of you for this wonderful and meaningful project.

This painting depicts feelings of unconditional love and care in good and bad times in every persons life journey. The ones showered upon children by parents is one of the main sources of inspiration. Most of us won’t live forever in this world but somehow we live on in the hearts and minds as memories to people we care for.
The fluid gold forms and dashes of rose madder represents love. Flowing freely in and around unconditionally in the realm of the mind. Pockets of memories good and bad form freely within. With good positive vibes being the triumphant element here.
